Wow, this is hard.. :( Alright, I have been staring at it, trying to figure out for the past minutes but in vain.. :(
1) I don't know what this is.. Some sight-seeing places which allows people to go up to the roof? The glass thing looks like a lift and those circle glasses looks like window.. Supposed there is some plants or stuffs inside?
2) Nah, I really don't know so pls accept my answer as somewhere around the world, which I believe it is far from where I am.. :P :P
I've seen this before (on television, I think), but for the life of me can't remember where or what it is. My guess is that it is a greenhouse and is located somewhere in Europe.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's a gigantic groundhog's solar powered home somewhere in the Carolina mountains. Mr. Groundhog is plotting on how to get rid of his humanoid intruders.
I have to come back when the answer is here. It is a dome of course, but I have no idea where it is located or what it is used for. Can't wait to find out.
If you took a picture of it, I'm thinking it is in San Francisco. It might be a place of exile for those diners who forgot to tip their waiters at one of the city's trendy new restaurants - they can come down when they've seen the error of their ways. Actually, maybe it's something at Alcatraz.
