Ruby Tuesday - Scarlet Ribbon
Proteacea Leucospermum "Scarlet Ribbon" Native to South Africa, this shrub blooms in the Winter and Spring. It grows up to eight feet high and four to five feet wide. It is pink and salmon in color with blooms that also include a feature that looks like tiny red ribbons. It needs full sun exposure and is deer tolerant. I love coming across all of these exotic plants in the gardens. I've been taking more time in jotting down names and descriptions.
