Nice photos! I always stare at flowers like these (the hydrangea especially) and get impatient waiting for them to keep opening buds. The watched pot never boils.
Great photos. I'm always fascinated with watching flower buds and checking their progress. My neighbors probably think I'm nuts as I stand and stare at bloom-less plants.
It amazing how those little buds explode and become a wonderful globe of color. Your macro photos are wonderful, you capture so interesting and new flowers always. Have a great weekend!
The detail here is unbelievable, Joanne. Sometimes it's hard to tell whether the flower is just opening or whether it's the seed pods I'm looking at but either way they're gorgeous.
Old Chinese proverb - If you want to be happy all your life, plant a garden. Photos Taken @ The SF Botanical Gardens Click Photos To Enlarge I won't be posting much on this blog if at all in the next couple of weeks so I wanted to leave you with some garden photos. Enjoy!
