You Silly Geese

The Botanical Gardens in San Francisco is becoming the new residence for these playful geese. There are now more geese than squirrels. During my last jaunt there they were playing not only in the fountain but amongst the people enjoying their picnic lunches. These geese found it hard to resist all that food and were aggressively trying to steal lunches from the people enjoying their day. They are taking over MY gardens :)

Below is a short video clip of their fountain escapades. Enjoy!

Icy, They are not afraid of people at all :)

Salitype, It really is, I noticed that when people were picnicking on the grass. They just surrounded them and tried to pick up their food.

DKMiller, I know it's too bad they aren't afraid :)

Ms Terri, lol! I know.

Holly, ewww is right but Lucy is still so cute :)

Spending time on the geese may sometimes help us to explore something that was well hidden in our inner part. Same to going into the jungle, they are all parts of a dictionary.

I've been wondering where my evil minions have gone! Now I see that they have made it across the country to your botanical gardens. They betrayed me and got to see the place before I did. I'll have to have a stern talking to them when they get back. :D

Rainfield, you are becoming the nature guru with your wisdom and wit.

Ratty, I think you should. They snuck out without your knowing. No more paparazzi for them until they behave :D

That looks like a geese spa.

It seems like they should be in Canada still...it isn't cold weather yet! I guess we're an attractive destination, even to feathered visitors.
