I would love to watch the chef demonstrations. I like seeing how things are made. And maybe I just like to watch other people work. :)

I wish, I wish, I wish I were closer to indulge in more of my very favorite chocolate!! I remember my first visit to S.F. in '77 and that's when I first discovered this heavenly treat, sigh. Have a few pieces for me!

That's my favorite, it's the only one I buy!
You know Joanne...if your going to tempt us so vividly, you ought to have a scratch and smell mechanism.

Icy, it's where I get my chocolate fix :)

Cher, I wish you could all be here.

betchai, :) I know exactly what you mean.

Ratty, the demonstrations are fun but I, as you, love to watch others work :)

Secondary, It is decadently sinful

Tes, I have a sweet tooth as well

C, I'll see ya there.

WillOaks, I promise I will have many pieces for you and will also raise my merlot in toast to you :)

Robin, I always could use some chocolate.

Salitype, I wish you were here to help me taste all those treats.

bessye, You have the perfect idea. With all of this technology you would think Silicon Valley would come up with the scratch and sniff thing. Or even better a taste mechanism. Ghirardelli is my favorite too :)

We need that here...of course it would end up being a "hot" chocolate festival.
