Great zoo shots! I love the zoo. The big cats are on of my favorites, lazy napping, much like my cats.

Hi Joanne! I was there!! so long ago, but I remember the lions. I see their area is still the same as I remember. thanks for the photos..

I think the polar bears have always been some of my favorite animals at the zoo. I always liked the way their enclosure looked too.

been to the zoo countless times, it's one of my lil' girls favourite place to explore. just looking at the animals gives her so much joy. i must show her this post. :)

I am waiting for my shots of the owl. It must be there inside the jungle, just have not seen one.

You're just like me, Joanne!!! When I go to the zoo, I take 300 photos of each species of animal!!! hahahahahahahahhhaha!!!!

A photo I haven't taken yet of an animal at our nearby local zoo- is of that little monkey with a tiny tiny little face it looks like a tiny tiny little coaster!hahahahaha! But all wrinkled and red like a drunken old man! hahahahahahahaha!
