I just love irises, they are one of my favourite plants. I remember when we moved into our first home, it was just a plot and didn't even have grass! We thinned out some of the many different types of irises at my old work and suddenly, my garden was an explosion of colour!

Those are so pretty. I have irises in my yard. some are purple and some are white. I can't wait to start seeing them bloom again.

My favorite floral bouquet is purple irises with yellow roses - I've never gotten them from anyone but I do, occasionally, buy them for myself ( back in the era when I got substantial paychecks! ).
