Thursday Two Questions Meme - Are You Stumped?

I saw these two tree stumps in the gardens yesterday and it got me thinking about many things that have me stumped. Most of the things that have me stumped have to do with our government like why are those people in office when they act like two year olds? Local things have me stumped like why do people walk around nude on our city streets? We really don't want to see all that, seriously. Everyday things have me stumped like why do I constantly misplace my keys? In the grand scheme of things I guess you could say I am stumped much of the time. What really stumps me typing this post is the fact that I sound like Andy Rooney.

I think far too many things stump me and what stumps me the most is that I have never found any answers :)

Hi Jo, a lot of things stumped me. Such as the corporate world...most times it is not what you know, but it is who you know. Since you are so close to Silicon Valley, you probably know, the executives have a network...if you are friends with the high up, you will always have a job...because friends hire friends...it is crazy, but that is the world we live in. The wonderful thing for them is they will never be out of a job, and it is the same guys who will run the company to the ground...that is what stumps me.

Yet the crazy thing is everyone still act like they don't know. Even books are not courageous enough to spell out the bloody truth...I am stumped on this too, isn't it time that someone shout out why this is not right? No, because no one wants to burn bridges and be the secluded individual without support...like me? haha

Your post really does sound like a piece from Andy Rooney.

I am always stumped by people who do dumb things (politicians are a good example), why people hurt other people or animals, etc.

Unfortunately there are few, if any, answers to those things.

Hahaha, a lot of things stump me too. But those two stumps can be used for a lot of things. Last weekend i used just like those 2 stumps as post for a flat timber where i put some pots. They are now elevated and the cats or dogs will not mind them.

I like Andy Rooney for his honesty, and said what he wants to say. So if you sound like Andy Rooney, it is perfectly all right with me.

I'm stumped at so many things, say the people who complain over and over again about a certain publisher, but yet still go back to them. Basically, I'm stumped and amazed at what people do and what they said.

I can't find any answer yet..

What stumps me is why do colleges insist foreign language as a requirement for entrance? I think that's totally unnecessary and a waste of a child's time. It's a different story if that child WANTS to learn another language.

I could be really ridiculously silly with the second question, but I won't. So for now, I'll just have to say this question stumps me and I don't have it figured out yet.

When I first started reading your post and before I got to your part about the government I thought to myself oh yea the government stumps me lol

Stumps me how people in a country allow politicians to take away their rights
Stumps me that marriage can be so hard.
Stumps me that a child's life once defended and protected at all costs, now seems to have no value

I have not yet found answers to my stumps :)

I sometimes think that most everything stumps me. That's why I spend so much time with nature. Being alone with my thoughts helps sort all of those things that stump me.

Though we are not suppose to feed the squirrels at the gardens, it is always something I enjoy. After all, they do need "good eats" every once in a while. This particular day I brought honey roasted nuts. There were not as many squirrels around as usual, maybe because of the hot weather. So, when I found this little guy in one of the demonstration gardens I decided to let him have the entire bag. He was a bit afraid of me at first but when I piled the nuts in front of him we became instant friends. He even let me take a short video clip of him which you can see below. He was a cutie.
