It is located along Hollywood Boulevard and is the center of attention. Although it houses restaurants and retail shops, I see it as much more than your average mall. It is an open air complex which I really like. The retail shops and restaurants surround the main complex from the plaza area up to the second and third floors which you can visit by taking either the stairs or escalator on the far sides of the center. The plaza area is complete with some small retail kiosks and a small fountain to cool you during those Summer months. What really fascinated me about this center is all of the intricate artwork as you can see detailed in these photos. The artwork and sculptures are amazing. 2)I don't really know that so my answer will be based on my imagination.. Maybe the spider feel safe with cactus?

2nd q: no idea at all. :)
This answer might not be intelligent, since this is the first time the thought ever came to mind...LOL but I think the spiders like the succulent from the cactus plants.
2. Spiders weave their webs all over our plants and not just the cactus. But because of dengue, I don't sweep most of them away. They are really such great architects!
I think the squirrel is trying to find his nuts LOL
I'm a new follower!
2. I imagine cacti get insects the Mr. Spider likes. :-)
Spiders aren't picky or prickly when it comes to where they weave their webs.
Funny post! I enjoyed reading everyone's answers!
I don't see many cacti around here, but I'd imagine that they are just great places for spiders to live.
with regards to the little guy... i guess he was thinking where he could get nuts. hahaha
The cactus? I dunno. Spiders do what spiders will, usually with an eye towards dinner.
The colors of that cactus are beautiful but I had no idea why there is web on it!
2-Cause they can........
