Sunday in my City - Golden Gate Park

Golden Gate Park Permissions and Permits Dept. Now I've lived in San Francisco all my life and this is the first time I've seen this log cabin. When I stumbled upon it I had no idea what or who occupied the cabin. I wanted to spend the night there, just for the heck of it.

The DeYoung Museum in Golden Gate Park.

The water fountain outside the DeYoung grounds.

The living rooftop of the California Academy of Sciences with Sutro Tower in the background.

A shot of the other side of the living rooftop of the Cal. Academy

Very nice, Jo....good grief, that log cabin looks like something you'd find in the mountains or in Tennessee!

Sometimes, it's good to explore your own place. You will be surprised to see what you never thought was there the whole time.
I am surprised that y'all have a log cabin in SF. Thanks for the lovely pictorial tour!

I've seen the log cabin before but never been on the inside. I think they do open it up for events but I'm not sure.
