Textures @ The Gardens

Since I spend so much time photographing in the gardens, I wanted to bring you something a little different. While I love flowers, there are so many more fascinating things to see. Here are some unusual ones. Tree branches, tree trunks and even a macro of a stone wall which is part of a new pathway.

Wow. A cool post. The first trunk looks like a gas mask. Funny.

Macro photography always bring wonders, after everything has been magnified.
You are right, garden is not all about flowers, branches, weeds, cracks, walls play their part to form what's unique for that particular garden... ~bangchik

Very interesting. The stone wall reminds me of the stone walls I've seen in New England. Even had one on the south side of our property.

There are just so many wonderful things to discover when you have a camera in your hands. Love the pictures. The tree is quite interesting and I love the pine cone. Like the stone wall too. I was in the park one day taking macro shots of the stone house they have there.
